Sitting on a Gravestone
I sat on a gravestone
The cold stone feeling warm against me
Staring across the field of graves
The Sun shined, most of it hidden by trees
Birds flew about, landing in trees and singing their songs of life to the Sun
And I sat on a gravestone, watching this
The clouds move above, bright against a sharp blue sky
A gentle breeze moved the clouds along, reminding us of life moving by us
And I sat on a gravestone, watching life move by me
I sat on a gravestone
My gaze forever on the sky
Guarding the field of graves with my bold apperance
