This Beautiful Moment
Take in this beautiful sunset like it’s the last one you’ll see
Inhale, use your lungs, It should be easy to breathe
Listen to the wind cause it whispers to your soul
Look at the lilies with wide eyes, they’re not coal
They know where you’re supposed to be.
Let the universe take you and hold you close
Just let go because it’s here and it knows
It knows how you breathe and hold your breath
Let the air go don’t worry: it’s a quiet death
You are the one that the universe chose.
Not your ideas, not your heart or your mind
You will not lose all the things that you’ll find
It has to have you and hold you and see you, it just wants you to rest
If it wont save you and mold you to be you, You must hold it to your chest
Once you open that old cage, just don’t be blind.
Take in this bright sunrise like it’s the first to climb higher
Breathe in the crisp air cause your lungs can’t expire
The moment will take you and hold you fast, just heaven sent
It takes a lifetime for the brief moment to pass, it’s hell bent
Your mind opens its eyes like the sky, look up: It’s on fire.
