Daydreaming

There’s days, that I just feel like getting lost

I wanna go back to the arctic, back to the permafrost

Where the inspired survive,

But the dreamers thrive,

Where this is nothing,

But  ability the ability to create something,

Sail down the Hudson, end up in Bali, take me to TomorrowLand,

where I don’t ever have to land

We all get tired, of the tic and the toc,

While we try to find who we are, while we tryna find our rock

We question all, even our own beings. Who are we?

I dunno. I hardly even know me

On my way to the hangman's noose

Escaping the past, the alcohol abuse

My soul lies in Reykjavik, with the lights and music,

I’m sorry Mom, I swear I’m only human

Two before me have went and gone

To this strange eighteen year old phenomenon

I don’t know if I can do it on my O

How can I help my friend when his ex is a psycho?

Whenever lost, I run back to the same place

The beats, the melodies, vibing to the same pace

Climbing up the pyramids, blasting a mix from the top,

this is my life, ain’t never gonna stop.

Drown out with headphones, the muffled voices

Dreaming of the future, of my luxury rolls royces

Dreaming of Reykjavik

Dreaming of Bali

Dreaming of Music

Dreaming up a Bugatti

Dreaming that I’ll make it

Dreaming that I can take it

Dreaming thatI will never have to take it  I’ll never have to fake it

Dreaming for my brothers

Dreaming for their success

Dreaming for the best to always happen next

Dreaming of the future

Dreaming of meeting Ali

Dreaming of the Holi

Dreaming of Bali
