Bully
You walk through the hall,
stand proud and tall.
I try to stay away,
yet I still fall as prey.
Your words cut through me,
if only you could see.
I try to forget,
but it causes me to fret.
I go home a weep,
while you go to sleep.
Your words cut through me,
if only you could see.
You enjoy bringing others down,
do you think you deserve a crown?
You put up your guard,
while I’m working hard.
Your words cut through me,
if only you could see.
But now your time is gone,
and my time has dawn.
You might have had all the power,
but now you just cower.
At last I am free,
as I hold my college degree,
while you sit and plea,
“I wish that was me.”
