My heart trembles, my mind races
I can’t believe I am here
So many faces
So much to fear
Their lives are in my hands
Not a single one of them live
My mind is now in strands
Now its day five
The fifth day in my own hell
Why am I so bad?
I am a man in a shell
I am just a surgeon gone mad.
