To the world you might be one person, but to one person you might be the world.

The musician, he came to the room and he sat
After taking off his red coat and big top hat.
He undid the latch of his violin case
And looked around at every single face.

None of the audience smiled, as if their time wasn't well spent,
At the musician and his light colored instrument.
Eventually, he stood with his bow in his hand
And began to play a song that was well known in the land.

The music started very slow,
But then the speed began to grow.
It was a light hearted tune
And on quick notes it was strewn.

The notes flowed clearly
From the instrument freely.
So the song was given rise
And to the heart it flies.

Sounds flit from room to room
Dispersing all the gloom and the doom
Bringing smiles to the people's faces
Of all the generations and races.

The musician, he played through the day
Without really having anything to say.
He just watched the smiles grow
Raising up the spirits that had been so low

The song flowed all around
With people dancing to the sound
While they laughed and they sang
Like a bell that constantly rang.

It was like magic, that wonderful song
That continued all the day long.
So much fun they all had,
Thanks to the young lad

Who continued to play his instrument well
For all of those now under his amazing spell.
Finally, the song came to a soft end.
He smiled glad that he had mended

Those rusted hearts that had forgotten happiness
That for once had lost all their stress.
The people all cheered with joy
For the very talented boy.

The musician then put the violin away
And though the people pleaded he could not stay.
He grabbed his coat and his hat and waved
Before he left the people he had just saved.

And then he was gone like a light breeze,
As he walked past the two oak trees,
Whistling a familiar tune
That came again with the rising moon.

I wrote this one for fun because I needed something a little happier here

When i showed one of my friends he told me that it was 'Very Whimsical'
