I am from a quiet place
I am from sweet summer nights
I am from purple setting skies
I am from muted lullabies

I am from a prison cell
I am from a silent hell
I am from dark and rainy nights
I am from dim and distant lights

I am from soft and salty tears
I am from pure and honest fear
I am from tattered bridal lace
And I am from a quiet place
