Reflection
You wear a mask.
I try to see
What on earth
You might be.
Truly evil,
Truly good?
You wear a mask.
I find your eyes
You understand.
It's your disguise.
Why you do it?
Still unknown
Though, I see
Your eyes have shown.
Inside there is a brighter place
Just behind the masked face.
You brought me there
I know you now.
Your braver than your shell
Will show,
I'll make you open,
Let others know.
Who are you really?
I ask into the glass.
I get no answer in return,
Just my reflection
Asking me the same question.
