Roses are red
But your heart is certainly black
How could you even think to cheat
Behind her back
She was so good to you
Never letting the love slack
But you let her go
With a painful whack
She deserves the best
Something you surely lack
I hope you fall off a cliff
Or step on a tack
And fall on your face
With a defiant smack
Or get lost in the jungle
And become a predator's snack
Cause while roses may be red
Your heart is certainly black
