She took me for a ride
Played me like a fool
I should have seen it coming
She never stood by my side
She treated me like a mule

I saw something in her
That just wasn’t there
I thought we’d be together forever
But she just doesn’t care

She broke my soul
And shattered the pieces
All this abuse, is taking its toll

I don’t know how I’m gonna’ get through this
I had no idea she was gonna treat me like crap
She never really touched me but this feels like a slap
