Dear Jesus, I am here now.
Oh, dear Jesus, I am here now,
My heart filled with sorrow and vow,
I ignored Your love, I turned away,
Despite Your grace, I chose to stray.
Your love was constant, pure and true,
Yet I hated You, and looked to others too,
I needed You, but I pushed You aside,
My pride and fear, my heart did hide.
But now, dear Lord, I see Your light,
And feel Your love, shining so bright,
I repent my sins, my heart now bare,
And ask for Your forgiveness, I implore.
Take me back, oh Lord, I beg of You,
And guide me on the path anew,
Help me to see, to hear, to know,
The beauty of Your love, that I may grow.
In Your mercy, I place my trust,
And seek Your grace, to heal my rust,
For I am Yours, dear Jesus, I confess,
And with Your love, my soul shall find rest.
I hope you relate.
