I see you walking by, past me in the aisle,
Scared because the selection is so versatile.
Petrified and banging against my little box,
But you don’t pause, you continue to shop.
Wanting the newest toy, like the ones your friends got,
So I’ll sit back on the shelf, back in my spot.
To wait to see if you’ll decide on boring old me,
Or for someone else who knows I’m worth more than a linty penny.
