TV People
The night program concludes
The TV lights go out
Into the black mirror we look
Faces warped into a pout
Our reflection resembles us
But our faces aren't the same
Fake portrayals of real people
We’re like actors without the fame
Two antennas on the top
Are like ears on the TV
A turning knob is the nose
But the face is of me
Electronic, futuristic
Almost, but short from realistic
TV people so idealistic
Complicated, not so so simplistic

I wrote this about an art piece at my school that was a crooked TV.
