Tearstained Fingers
April 4, 2009
I lay under the stage,
visible to anyone
who walks in front of it,
my head on my right elbow
and left hand.
I move my hand so I can see it
and notice
I have tearstained fingers,
for I have sobbed my heart out
under this stage.
Many people walk by
but nobody notices
the girl
with the tearstained fingers.

I hear that. I wish you would have made this more emotional. it sounded kind of preachy. But I still liked it.
