Mountains in Moonlight
Mountains in moonlight
Horns of jagged stone, sinister sentinals in the glittering backdrop
A brisk breeze sprinkles the pine sea
a tentative caress from a hidden diety
the moon a crystal chandileer
its radience a soft, milky film
on the slumbering peaks
a placid lake of liquad glass
the rippeling occulus of stars so distant
the forrest grasps at delicate moonlight
nature dreams
the world at rest
mountains in moonlight
