Rainy Days
The formations of the clouds so big and and bold!
Is it a surprise of sleet or snow? No it’s the rain in their misty hold.
The plume of the thunderous clouds surrounds us with it’s colder colors.
Making it feel so dark and dolors.
The rain comes slow at a soft pitter-patter.
Making the small puddles that fill kids with brilliant laughter!
The downpour increases making rot from an ancient log.
Creating an elaborate decisive fog.
The rain is not alone for vibrant lightning strikes the dark sky.
accompanied with rumbling thunder that can often make children cry.
The lakes, rivers, and streams are filled again.
Flowing at a faster pace linked together like an unbreakable chain.
The animals gone in hiding from the wet cold.
like families alike no matter young or old.
Small strings of water flow like a spread vein,
Are all created by what we call “Rain”
