I fantasize about this boy
his brown hair, his chocolate eyes
I see his face in my mind
as I close my eyes
I become excited
But when I open them
he is not there
I pass by him in the hallway
my heart lifts, but falls
he walks to his girl
If only his girl were me
oh what fun that would be
