Do you Remember?
Do you remember riding carnival rides?
Do you remember your parents kissing you goodnight?
Even though things are different now
And you're the one telling them it'll be alright?
Do you remember going to school instead of work?
Finding who you were meant to be and what you were meant to do?
Do you remember who had your back then
And which friends meant most to you?
Every moment in life is a memory
Just not all can be remembered
But somewhere in your heart and mind
You know what has occured
So do you remember riding your bike around?
All the free time you once had?
Everything that once made you happy
And what once had made you sad?
