I Know You Don't Like Rhyme

Let me be the one to calm you;
I know you've got a lot on right now.
I don't mean to make life harder,
But I just want to be close.
I could be the one to help you;
I'd know what I have if I had your time.
I don't think we're here to be alone,
So please let me come closer.
I could be the one to make you
Into what you say you want to be.
Life won't get any easier,
But I'm here to ease your mind.
I could be the one to love you
And give you every inch of me.
And I wanted to tell you this differently,
But I know you don't like rhyme.
