Another Universe








The Universe has its own grace
Its own pattern
Its own design

And with that pattern
Comes a line

A line with sorrows
A line with tears
And cries

But with that line
Comes many told lies

Lies of what lies beyond
Lies of what comes after grieving
And lies of what comes after last heartbeat

What we don’t realize
Is that what lies beyond
After grieving
After last heartbeat
Is forever happiness
Forever light
Forever glow

What we don’t realize
Is that what’s loved never goes

It has but moved on
To another universe with grace
With a pattern
With a design

And moves on
Regrets left behind
