A lurking emptiness haunting one’s soul
The first page in an unwritten book
A blank canvas, open to imagination
A void existence
Wisps of white light
Lasts
Survival is the key
The up-keeping of a family heirloom
The wanting for being
“Just keep swimming” Hanging onto the last strand of life
Forever
The extant breathing and pulsing of the heart
Eternal dreaming of happy thoughts
Timeless limitations
A dark abyss-- endless
Evermore lost from reality
