Winter Changes
The leaves wave in the crisp fall air, warning us the winter blanket is coming soon. A single, microscopic, one-of-a-kind piece of white melts on your still sun-kissed skin. With just one blow, the cold surrounds you. Soon, the white covers everything. Those leaves that were warning you, now are consumed by the cold whiteness winter brought. Still you hear the laughter of the children, just now you can see it too. Instead of beach balls now it's snow balls, instead of sand castles it's snow angels. Instead of surfing it's sledding.
