Lonely Fight

I cry as I write this,
‘cause I’m feeling blue.
My life is all screwed up,
and I don’t know what to do.
Someone told me once,
to never trust a soul.
I laughed when I heard that,
‘cause I thought it was a stupid goal.
But as more and more people,
began to betray me,
I realized that person was right.
Now each day of my life,
I struggle to keep up this lonely fight.
