When the Lights Go Down

The air was thick
filled with smoke
smoke and fog
I felt so cold
but I hand your hand to hold
hold me down
Under the waves
breathing in the salt
salt and flames
Put me in your glass
look at me and laugh
laugh at me when I can't see
Its a blur
I was sheilded from this world
world don't shut me out
We stared into each other's eyes
then sunk
eye for eye - no compromise
