Leaha
Little girl racing behind the bus
With a dirt covered face, holes in her clothes, no shoes on her feet
But she smiles and laughs as if she knows no defeat
As I watch, I see her joy can't be beat
Her name was Leaha
I have her memory forever engraved in my heart
For a memory of a girl like that I will never part
For I know, she is truly one of God's greatest works of art
She lives in Kiu, Kenya where the water is scarce.
But there the people are fierce
But flowing abundantly is their love
As if they had everything they had ever dreamed of
