Peaceful Day
The sun is too hot shining down on me,
So I look for shade under a tree.
Birds in the sky sing their songs.
They sing and sing all day long.
Brother and sister playing around;
Chasing a bug and rolling on the ground.
With a book in my hands and a song in my heart,
Rain clouds could not make this day seem dark.
Lost in the world of Nancy Drew;
Is there anything this girl can’t do?
I let my head rest on the tree behind.
If it’s me you’re looking to find,
Look no further than my tree;
You’ll find me fast asleep, lost in a dream.

I agree with the other person, it was good but a little elemtery. And that so does not explain you, I have NEVER seen you sitting under a tree JK, it was ok.

This is pretty good, Brittanie. It has a certain innocent quality to it. It's a bit elementary, but that is part of it's charm!
