"For you, a thousand times over."

Love? Oh, Love? Where did you go?
I remember the daze...
The cloudy haze...
The feeling that engulfed my every though.
Love. Love. Love.

How it was, to fall with someone,
into the realms of Love.
I remember that dimple,
the shining eyes,
the silly laughter,
and those long summer nights.
All of that, that I loved.
Do you remember how the moon use to shine,
When there were two in the realms of
Love? Love. Love.

I now mourn my empty right had.
I stare blankly at a moonless sky.
I cry in a room where our laughter still echoes.
The memories of Love, linger everywhere.
Love. Love. Love.

I happens to be,
that all I remember ,
is what I try to forget.
I remember Love,
that belonged to another,
who has completely forsaken me.
I thirst for the love we used to share.
I only hear his cold words,
I see the eyes, that used to be full of Love,
now completely empty.
Love. Love. Love.

And when I see her,
by his side,
I wonder where the Love I hage, disappeared to.
I search for traces of it everywhere,
but I only see him, not you, Love.
Love. Love. Love.

I have a shoebox with his name,
photographs and memories
That will never be remembered the same.
There is a wound where my heart used to be,
and whenever I hear his name,
I look for the Love, he entrusted to me.
That Love, that two used to share.
All of it snatched away from me.
Love. Love. Love.

I see all the presents of my love,
in a small, solitary, little box.
That Love that was given to me.
That Love that I treasured, oh, so very much.
Is now, forever lost.
That love does not exist anymore,
except, in the ghost, of that little shoebox,
which I burned last night, under a moonless sky.
