Calling
In the distance far, far away
Stood a woman with a beauty like no other,
Standing tall on the ocean’s bay,
Silent and still as she wishes life no further.
Her hair is like the golden color of sunlight.
Her cheeks are flushed from the cool air.
Her eyes, her beautiful eyes are no longer bright,
But dull from the pain that she bears.
The pain soon envelopes her and her heart screams out
For someone, anyone to care
For a girl, for this girl, whose life has been without.
The girl whose life has been unfair.
