The Seychelles Feeling
Sitting in the middle of a granite and coral pile
Birds gliding far as a mile,
Listening to the waves crushing on the sand,
And thinking” what a beautiful land!”/9
Fishing in the deep blue sea,
So light and bright it looked so free!
Scuba Diving so close to the fish,
And imagining “Oh my gosh, that’s going to be on my dish!”
Everything in Seychelles is so alive,
That when you wake up you have a thrive!
[that you feel you have survived]
Hiking in the mist,
It feels like your being kissed.
Insects as green as the grass,
That you can’t even see when they pass!
Walking threw Victoria,
Being so numb with euphoria.
Letting the sun hit right on your flesh,
That you can feel so fresh!
