Favorite Quote:
The mind is not a book to be opened at will and examined at leisure.

Let me rest but a little while more
Before peaceful summer is thrown out the door.
For human weakness, a price we must pay.
Innocence nests, but then flies away.

Let the Heliades weep their amber tears,
Silent, unheard by our callous ears.
Like brown leaf-rain they fall from the stars,
Lamenting, they mourn the aftermath of wars.

As summer beauty ends and winter winds approach,
Ominous shadows over our world encroach.
Darkness! Darkness creeps into our lives!
Fate and Luck decide who survives.

Eventually all things must come to their ends,
Happiness, sadness, enemies, friends.
Like wrinkled, dead leaves falling from trees,
Silently floating away in the breeze.
