this life you call yours
This life you call yours
You have taken from me
Left with no cause
No mercy
Now that you have it
You don’t seem to want it
And the life you call yours
Will slowly start dying
The only love shown
Is bitter revenge
Snide sarcasm for uses of
Jealousy
And the life you used
Is no longer mine
Surrounded in crimson
This life is now
And it belongs to you
Own what you took
What you destroyed
And what you left
Thinking you could throw it back
And all would fade I deep
Memory
The life you once took
Still living
For you
Will long for you always
Is for you to keep
Forever with grief
For you
Stronger lives another life in me
untouchable
unbreakable
and the life left dying
you took from me
is yours
its yours
no cause
no mercy
to keep to have to hold
as a new life grows
that life is useless
the new life blooms
alive
without you.
