Auschwitz
Our skinny zombie bodies work in the huge fields.
We see new arrivals come to our nightmare.
Their standing bodies look weak and half dead.
With all the orders and commands, mountains of hair fall.
As the rifles follow us, the other prisoners go to their bunks.
We animals are struggling to go to head count.
Tears run down my face.
I realize my brother is dead and I'm in Auschwitz.
