Who knew one simple letter,
Signed and dated,
Could make my eyes wetter.
Written before his dated
Death by an overdose.
For the children who remained,
In their heart his death hit close.
And forever they will be pained.

I can not look at your picture,
Without feeling betrayed.
Thrown in to the mixture,
Of torture you have made.
You, father, had a choice.
But you chose the easy way out.
Now I will Never know your voice,
And I will forever live in doubt.
Doubt that you ever really loved me,
Did you ever really care?
Whether or not you are above me,
It is Not fair.

That's sad, it's pretty good, I got a bit confused when I read your note about the poem though. The note was for your father, but when I read the poem I thought you were talking about how you found the note your dad gave to you. I don't know. It's great anyway! ;) If you don't mind could you give me some feedback on some of my poems, I can always benefit from that!!!!! Also, I hope what I wrote made sense! ;)
