Magic Cave
I used to reach high to heaven
The Magic Cave
I didn’t need a stairwell
Just a small ladder to compensate for height
From there I would grab my toys
So they could come down to earth to play
In the Magic Cave
My toys coexisted in a type of nirvana
Like the Greek Gods of Olympus
While still interacting with the world below
There was a connection between
Heaven
And
Earth
But the goal was to escape
Go back to the Magic Cave
Escape the world
Through play
Through little toys
I tried to teach myself what was not understood
Creating a little girl’s hope and theory
