Looking out to the Sea

I feel the waves,their beat,
deep within my bones.
The Sun, beating with it's heat,
God!that heat ,that beat.
It's beauty makes me want to weep.
As I lay on my side,
simply watching the tide.
It goes on forever,deep so deep.
The Sea's end... never near,
but do not fear.
For it's made of wonders,
that you could never ponder.
Creatures of a nether land.
Diversities that could never be want.
For a mermaid you are not,
just a fair maid,laying in the sun
