Procrastination
I don’t want to procrastinate,
Just that all work has to wait!
I’m not blind, but I can’t see,
My most important priorities.
It haunts me all day,
It haunts me all night.
I just keep thinking, what a bore!
I don’t want to do my chores!
It’s not a good quality,
And I know it won’t do any good for me.
I just squander the day away!
Eventually, I will have to pay.
I say I will get my work done,
But instead, I will wait, and do none.
It’s a bad habit,
But most people have it!
There’s nobody to blame!
Except me, in all my shame.
Tomorrow is another day,
So, what worry should come my way?
