Embryo
Trapped inside an egg, oh how the water fills your head
Embryo from a unknown kind, nature is suggestive and sublime
I guess it's just a waiting game for the cuckoo clock to chime
Where every second is a plaything zen and every second rhymes
Purple fog around your nose cold and damp is it a friend?
Soon those lights will blind you and your mother will be dead
Then the train starts to roll and thunder down the dark and twisted road
No understanding to any kind of hurt but your blood starts to run cold
A rumble and a tumble and a crush and a bust
All the thunder rumbles as you cry as the winds do hush
You are gone before you were here and do you know it now?
You were the baby inside mommy's womb, just another statistic now
