Disapppointed
The Sun has set
Upon my window pane
Children are outside playing
A funny little game
I'll soon be going out
But first I must do chores
My siblings have left me home
Locking all the doors
But wait, I'll soon be done
Just one more chore to do
And then I'll be going outside
To play a game with you
Mopping out the living room
Mopping in the hallway
Soon be out to play with you
On this wonderful sunny day
Coming down the stairs now
Opening the door
Playing a little hopscotch
And so much more
Inside getting my jacket
Hear a pitter patter sound
I look through the window
The rain has come down
