A Fall Sunday
The leafs start changing colors,
From green to fiery red.
There's football on the TV,
The Dolphins lose again.
It's getting really brisk outside,
There is no end in sight.
Even though there's nothing I can do,
I'll try with all my might.
The wind picks up, and huge trees sway,
Toppled by the force.
I'm starting to get fretful,
There's five near my house, of course.
The rain pours down in buckets,
So you can't go outside.
I think we all can safely say,
This fall's been quite a ride.
I think I spot a snowflake,
Cascading from the sky.
So much for this fall sunday,
Cause Winter's here, oh my!
