She is so beautiful, she is so young,
She acts like her mom, she thinks like her dad,
She’s so like the butterflies she plays among.

She is so humble and never high strung,
Her tears are my tears, when she’s glad I’m glad
She is so beautiful she is so young.

She is the happy song that she just sung,
She is the warm summer day we just had.
She’s so like the butterflies she plays among.

I think back to her catching snowflakes on her tongue,
And how she can never stay upset or mad,
She is so beautiful, she is so young.

It’s hard to think she won’t always be so young,
I smile at all the wonderful times together we had
She’s so like the butterflies she plays among.

She’ll always be that funny song that she sung
She’ll never be able to stay angry or mad,
She’ll always be beautiful, she’ll always be young.
She’s still like the butterflies she played among.
