There’s a picture of
A dream on the desk, but you
Cannot throw it out
Their wishful thinking
Telling you, you can’t, you can’t
What befell their dreams?
Try to lose your hope
A pointless philosophy
What are you worth then?
Tell yourself ‘I will not’
Come back to the wishing well
What’s the harm in it?
Sing out your own song
When did your last feel special?
You’ll be satisfied
Challenge authority
Never fail without a fight
And keep your dreams near
Do or die or dare
Your hope will keep them going
You will never fall
