Steps
Sitting on my bed with a paper and a pencil makes me feel all powerful
No one can judge me; no one can tell me what to do
My thoughts flow from my hand to the paper
Slowly my own world begins to be visible
In the world that my mind creates alone
There are no buildings, factories or cars
The world that is healthy, a liveable
The inventions, stories, and freedom of this is so real
But will never be real if it just sits in a drawer collecting dust
With a strong mind set on a goal and an idea to go with it
Takes our world one step higher to the heavens
But fear seems to hold so many people back
With that one step, one hundred steps will follow
It just takes a paper, pencil, and one step
