Good-Bye
They were glued together like teeth and tongue.
Their fingers interwined.
Their body's so close, it feels like they're one
Trying so hard to capture this moment
Ignoring all the noises around them
Its just him and her
He hugs her closely, his chin resting on the top of her head.
Not wanting to let her go
He kisses her softly
Savoring every moment, like its their last
A tear so gently falls from her eyes
A voice on the intercom announces final boarding call.
He lets her hand fall gently
One last kiss before he walks away
Like an abandon toy after christmas eve
A toy long-forgotten. she hangs her head.
For she just said her last-goodbye
and he aint never coming back.
