It begins slowly, but hits so hardThe feeling of complete relaxation and rhythmic breathingthat help to clear the head of all but one thing: sleep.Thoughts of the day slowly seep out of mind,Thoughts of tomorrow slowly simmer in.The darkness that surrounds, the perfect quietness that engulfs, the warmness felt only in the night.A point of no return is reached,a moment that will not be disturbed.Temporary hibernation has overtaken, and finally, the sleep has come upon me.

This is a trully remarkable poem Elizabeth V., it captures the eccense of, well, sleep, how it can help all your worries fade away, if only for a little while. Keep up the good work!
