Damasked roses wraps around my wings

As I

Flutter into a bud,

precious juiced petals mingle

with my breath

glorious fingertips struggle to ensnare

my color-dusted beauty,

As I swam through the rippling waves of creamy roses,

Pushing away propitious light that gleamed from beneath,

Sunken in my creamy sub consciousness

Basking in my humiliation, alone.

Not long, beneath the delirious sweetness

A sub conscious gravity shackled me,

Drowning me, waged with ghastly deliciousness’s last strife

Deeper, deeper into the depths

Supported by despair of life

I shouted, no propitious light allayed

When snatched from all effectual aid,

I sunk beneath the glorious yet deathly roses alone,

Flesh, lips, wings, breast sunken

When lipstick red bleeds from every surface with a heartbeat they touch

And thus, I perished, alone and solitary

By the gallows of the damasked roses…
