I watch the man
Listening to his music
He tilts his head back
And hums along to the beat
He taps his toes
In a staccato fashion
I listen to his noises
And stare into his closed eyelids
Wondering what he's seeing
Beneath his dark curtain
His face is to the ceiling
He's imaging himself miles away
In an audience
Listening to Blues music
