The Mourning Duck

Bananas are yellow and don’t have legs.
My cousin ate a chicken because it wouldn’t lay eggs.
The banana got smashed under a large truck.
Everybody saw it before looking at the duck.
The duck was crying and missed his friend.
But insurance gave him money to spend.
The duck felt better after shopping at the mall.
In memory of his friends he painted their pictures on the wall.
