Here I am
Wind blowing as cold as stone

Carrying on with a normal day
Then you walk my way

When that smile appears upon your face
I swear my heart beats double in pace

You open your mouth and speak your beautiful words
My dear, you alone are my only world

That special moment when eyes connect
I don’t want to come to that moment next

Here now it comes to an end
You walk away and to my heart I tend

The pieces, they shatter like glass
I am afraid that now alas

I have experienced the feeling that makes me weak
That four letter word I dare not speak
