Twas a cold time heading south upon the setting sun,

If only I could share this moment to whom I would call my special someone.

Upon a tree, there she would be, a lovely dove, hopefully for me.

She was lovely, As white as the fallen snow,

I only wish I would have the courage to ask her to watch the night’s show.

She flew up to me, as I had been feeling green, that I should tell her my everlasting

feelings. That had been woke inside of me,

“My love! My love!, won't you be my love, my one and true love,

please, if you please be my forever dove.”

She had said yes, as I stood there surprised,

When a monster had been waiting, and shot her right between the eyes.

In a moment, it went silent, it went dark in my mind,

My head was clouded by terrible thoughts, so much time had gone by.

There I was alone again, watching the midnight sky.

I had waited and waited for my love, but she had surely died.
