You are, my dear, Alone.
But not so Alone
For thy constant companion Shadow is.
Where you go, Do not fear (for your shadow is near)
Everpresent- but Unseen.
After All, what is it but a covering of light.
The Light of Truth is often covered
By the Shadow of a Lie.
But all clouds have silver linings, And doubting the sun- Never stopped its shine.

Thank you! This poem kind of just came out of me. I haven't written anything in a long time but your comment is inspiring me :).
